"Approaches that teach you proper posture and body mechanics may help alter bad habits that contribute to neck and back pain. I especially recommend the FeldenkraisMethod, which uses gentle movement and directed attention to increase range of motion, improve flexibility and coordination, and avoid movements that cause you pain."

by Elizabeth Beringer
The neck, shoulders and upper back are a site of discomfort and difficulty for many people. This 8-session program utilizes an experiential, kinesthetic learning process and is designed to facilitate healthier ways of being and moving. Over time the process results in increasing comfort, improved posture and a more pleasurable movement experience.
By Brigit Cosgrove and Molly Tipping This Australian 4-hour audio program is designed to help you discover your reactions to stress and anxiety and uncover how they may be subtly lingering in everything that you do.
