This was the first Feldenkrais program I purchased.  It was at a demonstration in the LA area in the 1980s.  I asked afterwards what was the best program to begin with.  I was told this and the TMJ series.  Often in the programs, it is said that there is no limit to the improvement you can make.  I can tell you that it is true.  I have purchased many other programs and I practice with some exercise 6 days a week.  I have had neuropathy for over thirty years.  Although I have not been completely cured, my foot doctor and endocrinologist tell me the amount of improvement I have made is almost unheard of.  Diet is part of that, as well as exercise.  But I tell people that if you don't know what your body is doing, you can compound a problem through exercise.  With Feldenkrais, you continually grow more aware of the smallest nuances of movement throughout you r day.
