Feldenkrais Resources is one of the oldest and most active Feldenkrais training and somatic education organizations in the world. We have organized hundreds of seminars and workshops and are the leading school for the post-graduate training of Feldenkrais Practitioners. Feldenkrais Resources is also the exclusive publisher of Dr. Feldenkrais' extensive audio/visual programs and distributor of books and audio programs by the world's leading Feldenkrais Practitioners. Feldenkrais Resources was founded in 1983 by David Zemach-Bersin and Elizabeth Beringer. In 1993 Carol Kress became a partner. In 1994 we established the Feldenkrais Resources Center in Berkeley, which is the focus and center for all our US activities.

The Feldenkrais Resources Center is a full service resource center for both the Feldenkrais community and the general public. We feature a wide selection of Feldenkrais and Somatic education material for the public and for somatic and health Professionals. Low Fee Clinic

The Low Fee Feldenkrais Clinic, located in the Feldenkrais Resources Center in Room 107, offers those with limited income the opportunity to experience the benefits of the Feldenkrais Method at a reduced fee scale of $35-$50.

Clients receive Functional Integration® lessons from certified practitioners and 4th year students in a supervised setting. During a session, the practitioner uses gentle, non-invasive touch to guide the client to an awareness of existing movement patterns and the exploration of alternatives that may ease chronic tension and pain, improve flexibility, balance, coordination and posture, improve athletic and artistic performance, enhance self-image and emotional well-being.

The Method is effective for people of all ages and is beneficial for those with neurological conditions, chronic pain, and overuse injuries.

Clinic hours: every Monday, 10am - 5pm.
