A very good introduction to Feldenkrais. Wish I had it when I started. It is also good for a regular ATM session.

Awareness Through Movement

Just getting started in the book. Already a great eye opener. I teach learning through movement to stroke survivors. I have for 20 years. I didn't know why and how it worked, but I knew it did. Now I understand why it does. Vince Nash.
